Professional Titles and Admissions

The professional title “Rechtsanwältin” (Attorney-at-Law) was awarded in the Federal Republic of Germany by the Bar Association for the Munich Higher Regional Court District (Rechtsanwaltskammer München).

The professional title “European Lawyer” (Europäische Rechtsanwältin) was awarded in the Republic of Austria by the Upper Austrian Bar Association (Oberösterreichische Rechtsanwaltskammer).

Professional Indemnity Insurance

A professional indemnity insurance compliant with statutory requirements exists

• in Germany with Nürnberger Allgemeine Versicherungs-AG, 81677 Munich, and
• in Austria with Allianz Elementar Versicherungs-AG, A-1130 Vienna.

The insurance coverage complies with § 51 BRAO and § 21c RAO and extends to the professional activity as a lawyer; the territorial scope covers Europe.
